2. About Nishlab Creations
Nishlab Creations is an MSME (Udyam) registered online engineering software training institute based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, offering live instructor-led training in CAD, CAE, automation and related engineering software.
3. Enrollment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation from our team.
- Course and batch details (schedule, duration, trainer) are shared at the time of enrollment and may be updated with prior notice for operational reasons.
- Providing accurate contact and educational information during enrollment is the student's responsibility.
4. Course Access & Conduct
- Live class links, recordings and study material are provided for the personal use of the enrolled student only, and must not be shared, resold or redistributed.
- Students are expected to attend classes respectfully and follow reasonable conduct guidelines during live sessions.
- Nishlab Creations reserves the right to restrict access for students who violate these conduct expectations.
5. Fees & Payment
Course fees are as published on our Plans page at the time of enrollment, unless a specific offer or EMI plan has been agreed separately. Payment must be completed as per the agreed schedule for continued access to live classes and support.
6. Certificates
Certificates are issued to students who meet the applicable completion and attendance criteria for their enrolled course, as communicated during the program.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, presentations, recordings, notes and materials created by Nishlab Creations remain the intellectual property of Nishlab Creations. Students may use this material for personal learning only.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver accurate, high-quality training, Nishlab Creations does not guarantee specific employment or placement outcomes. Career and placement support is provided on a best-effort basis.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
