We want every student to feel confident before enrolling. This policy explains when a refund, batch transfer or cancellation is possible after payment is made to Nishlab Creations.
2. Free Demo First
We strongly encourage every prospective student to attend a Free Live Demo Lecture before enrolling, so you can experience our teaching style, pace and course structure with zero financial commitment.
3. Cancellation Before Batch Start

4. Batch Transfer
If you're unable to continue in your enrolled batch due to a genuine scheduling conflict, you may request a one-time transfer to the next available batch of the same course, subject to seat availability.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Once more than 25% of the course sessions have been attended
- Change of mind after significant course content has already been delivered
- Failure to attend classes without prior communication to our team
6. How to Request a Refund or Transfer
Email nishad@nishlabcreations.com or call +91 84240 99617 with your enrollment details and reason for the request. Requests are reviewed and responded to within 3–5 business days.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's own processing timelines.
8. Workshops & Free Sessions
Free demo lectures and institutional workshops are offered at no cost and are not subject to this refund policy.
